Lindsay & Alex’s Winter wonderland wedding

I’ve actually known Lindsay a long time……I guess you could say we grew up together, considering we figure skated competitively throughout most of our childhood, and spent hours and hours and hours at the rink. So if she knows one thing about me at all, it’s that I am hard-core when it comes to my craft. Although times have changed and I no longer skate, I have put all of my time and energy into my photography. So when she asked to meet with me and my brother Gray to discuss their upcoming wedding, I was super excited to be a part of her big day.

And of course, she did not disappoint!! She looked absolutely STUNNING in her Maggie Sottero gown. A lot of the details of the day were organized by Lindsay’s fabulous mother Jessica, including the baking of their 3-tier cake!!! Another big shout-out goes to Kristy from KT Floral Design for all of the flowers and Shawn from Rhythm Entertainment who was a fantastic vendor to work with!

The ceremony took place at Trafalgar Castle in Whitby.

Formals were taken in and around the Castle. It was pretty dark by the time the ceremony ended, so we used what little light we had left.

The reception was held at Deer Creek Golf and Country Club in Ajax.
